If, for any reason, your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are pleased to offer a seamless return and exchange process, crafted with your satisfaction in mind.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To preserve the integrity of our products and ensure the highest standards of hygiene, returned wigs must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn and in flawless, original condition

  • Lace must remain uncut and the wig must be free of any styling, alterations, or product application

  • Returned in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included

Exchanges

We understand the importance of finding the perfect look. If you would prefer a different style, length, or color, we offer complimentary one-time exchanges within the 14-day window. The item must meet the same pristine condition requirements as outlined above.

Final Sale Items

To maintain our uncompromising quality and hygiene standards, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-designed or made-to-order wigs

  • Wigs that have been worn, altered, or had the lace cut

  • Items marked final sale or purchased during exclusive promotional events

Initiating a Return or Exchange

To begin your return or exchange, please contact our Client Care team hello@axluxhair.com with your order number and a brief description of your request. We will promptly guide you through the next steps and provide a return authorization.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our oversight.
